Accounts Payable Administrator
Full-time position. In charge of processing all outgoing monies.

Purpose of position: In charge of processing all outgoing monies.
Reports to: Accounting Manager
Responsible for:
- Facilitating the A/P functions.
- Weekly check runs
- Processing monthly ACH transactions
- Scanning all A/P documents into Shelby
- Facilitating in the Purchase Order Process
- Processing E-Tides payments once a month
- Process Chase CC & Bank of America CC
- Balance Petty Cash Office & Hand out petty cash
- Handout & Keep track of Vendor Credit Cards & Envoy Cards
- Resolve any billing issues
- Quarterly counting of offering
- Assists A/R admin in counting offering weekly
- Assist A/R admin in preparing and mailing quarterly giving statements
Continuing Responsibilities:
- Must have a relationship with Jesus Christ.

Audio Engineer

Title of Position: Audio Engineer (emphasis: Front House Sound)
Purpose of position: To help fulfill the vision of Victory Family Church through the Audio-Visual/Multi-Media Ministries
Reports to: TBD (Worship Director or Creative Director)
Relates closely with: Worship Pastor, Senior Pastor, Executive Pastor, Creative Director, Associate Pastors, 19n/Youth
Pastor, Children's Pastor, and TV/Video Production Department

- All staff department heads and volunteers in the following departments: Sound/Audio-Visual
- Potential other departments depending on skill/experience
Full Time Responsibilities: (brief summary of duties, not all inclusive)
- Recruit, train and oversee Audio teams in preparation for entering the new facility- Children's ministry, Youth, 19north, all weekend services and Wednesday services, Recovery Group, Special Events and Training Classes/Conferences.
- Oversee the operation of all audio-visual/multi-media equipment in our present facility as well as in the new facility. This will include sound systems in the main auditorium, youth auditorium, preteen auditorium, elementary auditorium, and 8 adult training areas.
- Oversee the set-up operation and maintenance of any additional audio-visual equipment needed in all locations of our present and new facility. This will include equipment already installed and that which will need to be set up as needs arise, such as sound and taping equipment for classrooms, meetings, events, etc., televisions throughout the building (lobby, cafes, hallways, restrooms, classrooms, welcome center, food court, offices, bookstore, etc.)
- Oversee stage set-up and tear-down of all audio-visual equipment for all functions in our present sanctuary as well as in the main auditorium and youth and children's auditoriums in the new facility. This would include microphones for singers, band and choir, lapel and/or head-set microphones, risers, screens, lights, speakers, amplifiers, projectors, stage monitors and in-ear monitors.
- Oversee the operation of FOH Sound, Monitor Sound, Audio-Visual/Multi-Media, Recording Engineers and Stage Crew.
- Oversee the recording of all main services as well as any other services or functions that need to be recorded. This will involve the production and cataloging of Master tapes, CDs, DVDs, and/or mini-discs, burning CDs and providing quality reference copies to the tape department for mass duplication.

Executive Administrative Assistant

Title of Position: Executive Administrative Assistant
Purpose of position: To assist the Business Administrator in day-to-day details of the Business Office, including some payroll affairs relating to some non-ministerial ministries of Victory Family Church. To maintain personnel records.
Reports to: Business Administrator
Responsible for: To assist the business administrator with day-to-day details and leadership details of "volunteer" ministries.
Essential Functions: (brief summary of duties, not all inclusive)
GENERAL
- Serve at a middle management level, which demonstrates a high degree of loyalty to the Business Administrator for which you support.
- Be creative in developing new opportunities of ministry.
- Adhere to church approved guidelines as set forth in Victory Family Church's Bylaws and Policies and Procedures Manual.
- Serve as an effective staff liaison to assigned ministries
- Coordinate The Journey men's ministry events.
- Coordinate appointments and training with potential lay financial coaches and Pastor Matt
- FPU set up/materials/certificates
- Serve as primary liaison to the entire church staff when needs and questions arise, relating to the personnel and non-pastoral payroll operations of the church.
- Serve as admin for HR related issues as directed by Business Administrator including evaluations, benefits, time cards, paid time off, job postings, organizational charts, Workers' Comp, retirement.
- Keep ministry Department Heads informed regarding pertinent personnel issues and answer questions regarding established personnel policies and procedures. Research and communicate findings to supervisors and/or employees on all personnel related issues.
OTHER
- Maintain open job application files on all church Support Staff positions. Keep in contact with qualified church members or other individuals who show interest in working for the church. The Business Administrator will maintain all open application files for Administrative Staff positions.
- Assist the Business Administrator in developing strategic planning and updating on a regular basis.
- Regularly review internal controls to safeguard church assets and assure the reliability of the personnel/payroll records.
- Assist the Business Administrator in developing, documenting, and monitoring appropriate personnel/payroll policies and procedures for the church.

- Ability to unload supplies from delivery truck.

- Maintaining and servicing all of the lighting equipment
- Work closely with other members of the production team in order to produce an outstanding IMAG presentation for each service.
- Assist with all other visual aspects of the service including but not limited to: IMAG, Video Production, Media Shout/ProPresenter Presentations, and the maintenance and upkeep of all media equipment used for producing a service.
Full Time Responsibilities: (brief summary of duties, not all inclusive)
- Oversee of any lighting installation by outside contractors.
- Developing & training of volunteers for both event staffing and set changes.
- Coordination with production and creative team for set changes.
- Assisting in budget development for the department.
- Produces lighting documentation, and maintains a production notebook (diagrams, channel schedule, grid, etc.).

- Associates or Bachelors Degree in a relevant area
Strong knowledge of High End, and Grand MA lighting consoles
Experience producing/directing IMAG in a live production environment

Proficiency in some sort of CAD software (autocad, google, sketchup)
Experience producing video projects from beginning to end (Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc)
