Weekly Healing Service is an avenue provided for the purpose of ministering by the teaching and preaching of the Word and through the power of the anointing with special emphasis on faith and healing. Weekly Healing Service is held every Thursday at 10:00 A.M. at Victory Family Church so that we are able to build a strong foundation of faith and healing in the hearts of people. Proverbs 4:20-22 tells us how important it is to keep the Word of God in our hearing and before our eyes, for it is literally life and medicine to all our flesh. In Romans 10:17, Paul said, “Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God.”

Another objective for Weekly Healing Service is to minister to and solidify the faith of those not necessarily in need of healing, but to teach and instill the redemptive truths concerning health and healing, so that believers would attain to God's best, which is perfect health. Jesus said in John 8:32, “You shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” The truth is, Jesus bore our sicknesses and diseases on the cross, and what He bore, we need not bear!

Lastly, and equally as important, Weekly Healing Service also serves the purpose of teaching and instructing believers how to minister to the sick, and how to minister with the anointing. Jesus Himself said, “These signs shall follow the ‘believer.'” It is God's design that believers, not just ministers or preachers, minister to the sick and become skillful with the anointing. Believers can become skillful with the anointing as one does with a weapon or a tool and see bondages destroyed. Weekly Healing Service is a place of instruction for handling and ministering the anointing.
