We facilitate service projects, small groups, and mission trips, so our entire church body can have the opportunity to use their gifts and talents to impact the world for Christ. Options include local and global outreach, with new projects added frequently.

The Legacy Team accelerates the vision of our church through the gift of giving. We enable those who are called to finance the Kingdom of God by providing opportunities to spread the Gospel and show the love of God for an everlasting impact.

The Internship is to provide training and knowledge for those who may feel called to full-time ministry. Our priority is your personal maturity and growth, not completing tasks or duties. We want to see you flourishing in your God-given plan. During your Internship, you will accumulate valuable experience, mentors, and knowledge that will prepare you for stepping into the next phase of your God-given calling.

Residency Program
The purpose of the residency is to ensure that you have the leadership capacity and abilities to effectively and competently lead in ministry. You will be part of the pastoral staff at Victory, be immediately placed into leadership roles and receive consistent evaluation and feedback from ministry leaders to ensure your development grows.
