Frequently Asked Questions:

Who can come to Camp?

All students who attend Victory Family Church and are going into Kindergarten – 4th grade during the 2025-2026 school year are more than welcome to come.

I have a 4th grader, can they come to camp?

If you have 4th grader during the 2024-2025 school year they can attend our amazing Encounter Conference! Check out details at Encounter Conference.

Will lunch be provided at Camp?

We provide lunch each day of camp. Details about meals each day are TBD. If your student does have a dietary restriction, we encourage you to pack a lunch.

What should I send with my child?

If your student is going into kindergarten – 2nd grade all you have to bring is excitement to start the day!

If your student is going into 3rd -4th grade we are asking that they bring a Bible and pen for chapel and small group time. Having a small draw string backpack is ideal to hold these items throughout the day.

What Bible should my 3rd or 4th grader use?

We recommend that students at this age bring an NIV or NIRV Bible to camp.

Is there early dismissal or late drop off?

For security purposes, we are limiting early pick-up time to between 12 – 12:30 pm. If you need to pick up your student early, please fill out this form. If you need to pick up early please use the North Entrance by Car Shop and visit the Security tent.

How can I have someone else pick up my student?

Whoever is picking up needs a current picture of the parent tag to pick up. This pick-up tag changes each day so they will need a new parent tag picture each day.

I want to serve at camp; how can I find available opportunities?

That’s great! Serving and investing in the Next Generation is so impactful, especially at camp. For more info and to sign up to serve, check the next section on this page.

Is my special needs student able to attend?

We desire that all students be able to experience camp! When you register your student, please select special needs if they are currently in our special needs ministry on Sundays. There are a limited number of spots for this since we are growing this ministry.

What if I have any questions?

If you have any other Kids Camp related questions, please fill out this form.

Serve at Victory Family Church – Kids Camp!

All of us at Victory Family Church believe each child should get an opportunity to attend Kids Camp. We also believe that each adult owes it to the next generation to serve at Camp. When you serve at Kids Camp, you invest in eternity. We’re all about the next generation, so why not start here?

We want to keep kids safe during camp. All volunteers (18 years old or older) MUST have completed background checks submitted to Victory by June 1. These checks do take some time to process. Please start these checks now. Anyone under 18 and does not have a birthday before July does not need background checks. If you need help or have questions, please email victorykidscamp@lifeatvictory.com.

To start the background check process, please visit myvfc.co/BGCinfo.

If you have completed background checks, please submit them here.
