Spiritual Focus

During your student’s school year, Victory Family Church will go in-depth in February on a biblical principle during services. This isn’t the only time they will learn about this topic. We are just emphasizing the principle during this period. The subject is determined based on their age, stage of development, and what’s culturally and socially relevant.

Prayer, in its simplest form, is a conversation with God. God delights in having a conversation with us. It brings Him much joy when we include Him in our lives. But prayer is also a powerful tool. We hope that your student can confidently expect their prayers to be answered, and that there is no sickness, disease, or wicked scheme of the enemy that can stand against the mighty name of Jesus!

Parent/
Student Engagement

Parent/student engagements are designed to help connect and strengthen the family unit by providing intentional conversations that your student needs in this season of life. In June, we want to help you as the parents get into the passenger seat so that you can help your student drive this new part of life. The goal is that at the end of this engagement, your student will have a healthy view of dating and Godly boundaries that have been set together as a family.

Dating is a hot topic. That’s why we want to navigate this with you as the parents and leaders of your family. In the videos listed below, we will discuss dating and what dating could look like in your household from a Godly male and female perspective. We believe the wisdom in these videos will greatly bless you as a parent. Below, you can also find a link to our Parent and Student Dating Guide. Please read through this with your students, and then together as a family, sign the contract with the boundaries you have discussed and agreed upon.
